Dollar Deal One Touch Reward is Property of ARY Loyalty Cards Services LLC and can only be accessed through Official Applications to be considered a valid entry.
Promotions and Rewards can be availed within fixed dates specified in Terms & Conditions.
The dates for ‘Purchase Gold and Fly’ Rewards shall be from 6 months of reward up to 1 Year.
ARY reserves the right to cancel or change the reward without prior notice.
ARY also reserves the right to disqualify any participant without giving any explanation or justification whenever it deems fit in case it senses any violation of its Product & Brand without any liability to it.
It is mandatory for Customer to enter his/her valid UAE Mobile number for authentication in order to participate in ‘Touch Reward – One Dollar Deal’.
Customer has to accept unconditionally all the ‘Terms and Conditions’ of the Dollar Deal Touch Reward campaign to qualify.
Registration to Sahulat Wallet including purchase of selected product from ARY and advance Yearly Sahulat Wallet Fee AED 150 payment is mandatory to claim any Reward.
Existing Sahulat Wallet customers will be asked to log in to their account to claim Reward.
By entering in the promotion the customer gives the right to ARY for contacting and keeping customer updated on the upcoming promotions, via WhatsApp, Call Center, Email & SMS.
The highest Reward Value is that of Air ticket and is capped at AED 1000 including the basic fare value including taxes and is valid for travel from UAE to most Global destinations.
There can be only One Air Ticket Reward per Participant per Year.
Participant has to select and complete Criteria of eligibility of Air Ticket within 24 working hours of the Reward date.
Customer shall pay the differential Amount in excess of ‘Reward Value’ of AED 1000, and if the Ticket Value in sector chosen by the customer is less than AED 1000, then the Award value and its subsequent deductions shall be calculated Pro Rata.
1. If the ticket value is below AED 1000 then the remaining amount will NOT be refunded or transferred.
Full Sahulat Wallet Fees is mandatory in advance to claim any or all Rewards including Air Ticket Reward.
Rewards other than Air Ticket can be redeemed immediately with minimum criteria and it shall be well defined in the reward description itself.
Ticket eligibility begins 6 months from Reward date and is to be utilized within time allotted by Airline to maintain its validity.
The Awarded Ticket is Non-refundable & Non-transferable and the Ticket has to be utilized in Full and cannot be refunded in part.
Airline Terms & Conditions for Ticket validity shall apply in all cases and could supersede ARY Terms & Conditions for the awarded Ticket.
Tickets need to be booked in UAE for outbound journeys from UAE Airports (Primarily Dubai & Sharjah).
There shall be blackout dates for Air Ticket bookings in Festival & Holiday seasons or any others selected by ARY.
Visa and other Travel Documents shall remain Customer’s responsibility entirely.
The ARY Sahulat wallet Fee is mandatory for the customer to pay before redeeming the award.
Customer, both new and old, will get rewarded according to ARY Terms of Spend in 80% or 60%, however these terms are not applicable and should not be confused in the Spend Criteria terms of his journey of Spend as a Sahulat Wallet Customer.
To qualify for 80% or 60% criteria of Air Ticket Reward, customer has to purchase within 24 hours the below mentioned options of Spending criteria which are exclusive for One Touch Rewards:
1. 250 Mg of Gold up to AED 250 worth of Gold purchase will make Participant eligible for 60% value of One Touch Reward.
2. AED 250 or more worth of Gold will make participant eligible for 80% of One Touch Reward.
3. Note: Neither of the above spend will be considered in his Spend journey of ARY Sahulat Wallet and is considered only as an exception for the purpose of claiming the Air Ticket reward in the One Touch Reward.
4. The 80% & 60% Rule of One Touch Reward is independent of 80% & 60% Rule of Gold Saving in Sahulat Wallet Journey.
5. However, if existing or New Customer has paid Wallet Fees prior to the reward, then this Participant does not require to Pay Wallet Fees again for that calendar Year.
6. Existing Sahulat Wallet Customer who was journeying to claim 80% spend and has completed only partially its Spend criteria, however has also been awarded an Air Ticket in Touch Reward and then subsequently has fulfilled the criteria of 80% of the customer Touch Reward by buying Gold of value more than AED 250, then in this scenario customer will be eligible to claim 80% of ticket value but will pay only additional amount of the ticket value if exceeding AED 1000 at time of booking.
